I moved out of Brooklyn in May. I'm living at my parent's house in NJ until I figure out what's next. After nearly 5 years at GIPHY, it's time to move on. The feeling is bittersweet, and I'm going to miss my co-workers, managers, and day-to-day routines. I'm not actively job hunting, but I'm also not going to say no to a good opportunity. I have an interview in a few days that I'm starting to prep for. Depending on how that interview goes will determine what my next few months are going to look like. I'm hoping to have a few months off to travel before I start the next gig. We'll see what happens. In the meantime, I'll be writing, recording, and playing music with my band, as well as working on some of the dozens of side projects I've had on my to-do list, both technical and not. A lot of change is happening over this next month or so, and I'm going to do my best to embrace it.
